For peak seasons (spring and fall), we recommend reserving 6-8 weeks in advance for larger events and at least 3-4 weeks for smaller gatherings. If your event is sooner, reach out - we’ll do our best to accommodate with available inventory.
Yes. Our standard service includes delivery and pickup, and most tented events include professional setup and teardown. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included in your quote so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. Share your guest count, seating style (plated dinner, cocktail, ceremony, etc.), and available space. We’ll recommend tent sizes and layouts that fit comfortably and safely.
We’re based at 70 Hillsborough Ct, Sharpsburg, GA 30277 and regularly serve Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. For events outside this area, contact us and we’ll let you know about availability and delivery fees.
Weather is part of every outdoor event. We can recommend sidewalls, heaters, fans, or alternate layouts to give you a backup plan. Many clients reserve weather add-ons that can be confirmed closer to the event date.
A damage waiver is an optional fee you can add to your rental that covers accidental damage to the rented items during your event. It protects you from having to pay for repairs or replacements of equipment if it gets damaged through normal use. However, it does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
A damage waiver usually covers accidental damage to rental items, but does not cover everything. Most waivers have exceptions that still hold the client responsible.
Common exclusions include:
· You may still be held responsible if:
· The item was lost or stolen.
· The damage was due to negligence, misuse, or abuse (e.g. using a tent in high winds against instructions).
· The waiver only covers minor damages, not total destruction or excessive repair costs.
· You failed to follow setup, takedown, or storage guidelines.
· The damage occurred due to unauthorized use or sub-renting.
· You violated any rental agreement terms.
What to do:
· Read the damage waiver policy carefully - look for exclusions.
· Ask the rental company what exactly is covered and what isn’t.
· Request a copy of the waiver agreement if not provided.
· If you’re unsure, consider getting event insurance to cover liabilities.
“‘Exact Time’ delivery incurs an additional cost because it requires prioritizing your delivery at a specific time, which disrupts our regular schedule. This service demands extra resources, such as additional staff or vehicles, to ensure your rental items arrive precisely when needed, making it more resource-intensive.
We only accept credit card payments.
To make sure you get the best selection, don’t wait. Normally a month prior to your event date stock is running low.
Absolutely! However, please note that orders placed within 72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.
To help us avoid delays and make sure your delivery and setup go smoothly, please be clear about the following:
· Is there more than 50 feet between where our truck can park and the delivery location?
· Are there stairs between the parking area and the delivery location?
· Is elevator access required, and if so, what are the elevator dimensions?
· Will an adult be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid ID?
· Are there any dogs, mud, or rough surfaces between the parking area and the delivery location?
· For tent setups, have you called 811 (“Call Before You Dig”)?
· Will the venue, park, building, or space be open during the scheduled delivery window?
· If access requires a code, please provide it in advance.
